TUCSON -- The Barrio Santa Rita Park Neighborhood Association has filed an official city petition with resident signatures in support of speed tables on S. 4th Av. between 20th & 19th Sts., and 17th & 16th Sts. Armory Park NA is also in support. Speeds now in this residential stretch are well above the posted 25 mph limit.
