UPDATE, Dec 21: SRPNA did protest the requested liquor license with a letter this week to the City and State from VP Oscar Rendon.S. 4th Av. & 24th St. -- The Big L is a 'ghetto mart' specializing in selling high alcohol cheap malt liquor 40s and other junk. It is not helpful to our quality of life. Protest is due Dec 31.
